Delivery Methods and Costs
Packages are dispatched within 24 hours on business days after payment has been received.
If the product is out of stock, the shipping time includes the production period, which takes approximately 3–4 days.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the quantity, weight, and size of the package.
Ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is informed about the estimated delivery time before finalizing the order.
Deliveries are carried out by reputable courier and postal services or via our own transport. The Buyer selects the delivery method during the order process. We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Cash-on-delivery courier service – delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Prepaid courier service – delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Pick-up from an InPost parcel locker – delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Personal collection at the Comfort-Pur company headquarters
The final delivery cost is provided to the Buyer before placing the order. Delivery fees are charged together with the payment for the goods.
Shipping costs to different countries may vary – the Buyer is informed of the total amount payable before finalizing the order.
For selected products, the Seller reserves the right to exclude certain delivery methods or payment options. The Buyer will be informed of this before placing the order.
All orders are carefully packed, and the goods are securely protected for transport.
